1. Who we are

Hostright is a holiday-home management business being set up in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are applying for our holiday-home operator licence and plan to start managing flats in January 2027. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Hostright.

2. What this policy covers

This policy explains what we do with the information you give us when you fill in our forms (on Facebook, Instagram, Google Forms or this website), message us on WhatsApp, or talk to us by phone.

3. What we collect

• Your name
• Your phone / WhatsApp number
• Your email address, only if you choose to give it
• Details about your flat: area, building, size, and what it is used for today
• What it earns now, only if you choose to tell us
• Whether you would like a call from us
• Anything else you choose to tell us in messages or calls

We do not ask for passport, Emirates ID, bank or card details through these forms.

4. Why we use it

• To prepare and send you a free earnings forecast for your flat
• To contact you by WhatsApp or phone about that forecast and our service
• To keep a simple record of our conversations with you
• To understand which areas and flat types owners are interested in (counted, not shared)

We only contact you because you asked us to by submitting a form or messaging us. We do not send unrelated marketing.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information. We do not share it with other property companies or agents.

Your information is held in tools we use to run the business: Meta (Facebook / Instagram lead forms), Google (Forms, Sheets, Gmail) and WhatsApp. These companies store data on our behalf under their own privacy terms, and may store it outside the UAE or India.

We will disclose information only if the law or a government authority requires us to.

6. How long we keep it

If we do not end up working together, we delete your details within 12 months of our last contact, or sooner if you ask. If you become a client, we keep what we need for the contract and for the law (for example tax and holiday-home permit records).

7. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what information we hold about you
• correct it
• delete it
• stop contacting you

Just message us on WhatsApp at +91 88392 04714. We will act on your request within 30 days. We follow the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, for owners in India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

8. Keeping it safe

Only the Hostright team can see your details. Our accounts are protected with strong passwords and two-step login.

9. Children

Our service is for property owners aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
